The dad behind Dadstronomy is Kostas Sotiriou, the father of Ioanna and Alexandra, a restless chef who wants his children to eat healthy and fresh food every day.

Dadstronomeur Kostas Sotiriou started his professional career as a “chef” of sounds. In this capacity, he has been working in the entertainment industry for thirty years, in major cultural organizations and large cultural events, collaborating with artists in Greece and abroad.
His sensitive nose and insatiable palate, along with the encouragement of friends and acquaintances, led him to pursue cooking. In 2008, he met his (now friend and) mentor, chef Tony Cavaliero, who, with his passion for ingredients and preparations, confirmed his inclination toward cooking. Thus, he proceeded to obtain cooking certifications and started cooking professionally for friends and beyond.
In 2018, he found himself with his own professional kitchen at Dadstronomy, cooking healthy, tasty, and fresh meals for young and demanding connoisseurs at the Playground. Yula and her team give him the opportunity to prove “how a cook can be anyone who lets the scents enter from the nose to the heart and, after craving them, takes the trouble to bring them to the fingertips,” as his friend, the cook Argyro, says.

Christina Trigonis

Christina Trigonis is the “housewife” of Dadstronomy, with studies in agriculture and eight years of experience in caring for fruits and vegetables.
A golden-handed cook from Mytilene, who values pure ingredients, loves appetizers, and good food.
She is the mother who pulls the strings with her care. Her strictest critics are her children, Dimitra and Christos.
Yiannis Roussos
The Hotntroulis of Showlutions
Completing the team of Dadstronomy is the versatile Yiannis Roussos.
As the founder and creator of Hotntroulis and Showlutions, Yiannis has the solution to every problem.
With years of experience in the entertainment and production industry, he brings every desire to life.
