Dadstronomy in Basel 2024: A Successful Collaboration Continues

For the second year, Dadstronomy traveled to Basel, Switzerland, to participate in the International Theatre Festival of Basel from August 18 to September 3.

We delighted artists, technicians, and festival-goers with flavors inspired by Greece. Building on the experience of our first appearance, this year’s challenge became an opportunity for even more creativity.

We set up a fully equipped on-site kitchen, explored local ingredients, and enhanced our recipes with unique twists. From tzatziki ice cream and stuffed eggplants to spicy spetsofai and BBQ evenings, our culinary creations left an even greater impression, establishing Dadstronomy as a gastronomic highlight of the festival.

This extraordinary experience reaffirms our commitment to travel, collaborate with new people, and create unforgettable moments of culinary delight—always with a Greek signature and an international perspective.
