Dadstronomy at World Festivals
A new chapter opened for Dadstronomy following the successful collaboration with the International Theatre Festival of Basel.

An unexpected invitation to Dadstronomy, in Basel, Switzerland, where from 24/08 to 04/09, Kostas & Kostas amazed artists, technicians, and festival-goers with a pop-up appearance full of Greek delights. The challenge was significant as a fully equipped kitchen was set up on the spot, research was conducted for ingredients, a fundamental component in our preparations, and we tailored our flavors to local tastes. The result was Greek ice cream tzatziki, eggplant imam and papoutsakia, spinach rice, pastitsio, and spetzofai, among many other dishes that truly made a splash, culminating in the BBQ party evening.
The unique experience left the entire Dadstronomy team with a very sweet taste, along with the desire to continue traveling, meeting new collaborators and friends, and creating unforgettable experiences stamped with the flavors of enjoyment.
