500 servings of traditional bean soup, thickened with carrots, celery, paprika, and all the necessary ingredients, 500 servings of pickles, salted fish (mackerel, herring in newspaper), plenty of red wine, and everything served in the traditional festive manner, in eco-friendly disposable dishes. Mystery? Yes, Mystery 1. End, Dadstronomy took care of the celebration. Closing ceremony for Eleusis, European Capital of Culture, on a cold day warmed by the preparations of the Dadstronomy chefs, complementing the festive events that closed the successful year for Eleusis 2023.
