Pie Workshop at Dadstronomy

During the first week of April, the Playgarden hosted 18 educators from various European countries – Estonia, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain, among others – with the aim of exchanging best practices regarding education in outdoor environments. As part of this visit, among other activities, the educators gathered herbs in the mountains and, guided by Dadstronomy’s chef, Kostas Sotiriou, they prepared traditional rustic dough and made delicious pies in the welcoming space of Dadstronomy in Galatsi. The pie workshop culminated in a lively celebration where the participants enjoyed the pies they made accompanied by Greek wine and danced traditional Greek dances.
